i hope once the covid situation slows down they can get back to their regular customer service and shipping. i resent everything to them and asked for a refund. due to the pandemic i bought some face shields from them. i bought this for a trip, that i felt i gave plenty of lead time for, and now won’t see it until i’m on my trip. i attempted to contact the company through facebook messages. therefore they sent some other crap that i didn’t want and included a note to confirm that the order was intentionally wrong. ummm, ok… so i guess i’m now stuck with a hat that i didn’t order and don’t want. why today i got my order that i placed back in april and they are all plain black and gray.
i hope once the covid situation slows down they can get back to their regular customer service and shipping. me and my work place will continue to order from sa fishing in the future. i did and a month later, today i get them open the package and none of them are correct. i live close to the beach so sun protection is a high priority for myself and my family. i waited for my order for a month and when it finally arrived wasn’t the designs i order. you know it would have cost them a few dollars to make me happy and i likely would have bought again but now they loose me and many other that read this – more than a few dollars. you can tell most of these reviews from other sites are probably from people who work from the company. i believe we all have a better chance of contacting them if we all bought his pigeons and attached a letter to the pigeons legs and let them fly to safishing headquarters.
